January Cooking Club 1/17- Spatchcocked Roasted Chicken
January Cooking Club will be on Sunday, January 17th at 5pm EST.
In this month's cooking club we will be making the #1 protein that everyone is nervous to cook- CHICKEN!
I will be teaching you how to make the roasted chicken that I make every single week. We will spatchcock the chicken and then roast it so that it comes out with a crispy skin and a juicy interior. We will also be making seared brussels sprouts with hot honey as well as crispy garlic smashed potatoes to pair with the chicken.
This is the perfect class to do on a Sunday night because this chicken will yield 4 servings- saving you meal prep for the rest of the week!
Participants will receive the recipes, a shopping list, an equipment list as well as a Zoom link for the class.
This class will be recorded. If you are unable to attend in person, after purchasing your ticket you will receive an email from Emily with the recipe packet. Respond to that e-mailindicating that you would like the recording, and you will receive adownloadable file of the recorded class later that evening.
*You will also receive a recipe to make chicken stock from the chicken bones.
