In this class, we will make the Eggs Benedict and take it up a notch by adding crab. You will learn how to poach an egg to perfection and make a classic Hollandaise sauce (say goodbye to the freeze dried packet of Hollandaise sauce forever!) to assemble the perfect Benedict. We will also be making a French 75 cocktail to complete this delicious brunch at home.
$50/household- Upon registration, participants will receive the recipes, a shopping list, an equipment list as well as a Zoom link for the private cooking party.
