Collection: Scallops and Risotto

In this class we will be making creamy risotto, asparagus, the perfectly seared scallops topped with a grenobloise pan sauce. And don't forget the Fitzgerald cocktail that we will be making to go with our delicious meal! 

$50/household- Upon registration, participants will receive the recipes, a shopping list, an equipment list as well as a Zoom link for the private cooking party.
